This makes a small jump to the new etcd stable release. This isn't a major difference, but it includes an important patch in 7814718c73149e2bbb9517cd02edb8332b621d86 which caused mgmt users to scratch their heads, since it wasn't obvious that etcd was doing a Fatal instead of a Panic or an error.
