Karpfen	7e8ced534f	misc: Use /usr/bin/env for a more generic shebang ... Use path based SHELL in Makefiles. James Shubin	25ad05cce3	Initial public commit of mgmt ... This is a prototype that i'm attempting to "release early". Expect a lot of changes!
