I can't get NetworkManager working properly in parallel to wireguard. I
get an extra route added and it breaks the tunnel. No idea why. The
networkd equivalent seems to just work.
Instead of constantly making these updates, let's just remove the year
since things are stored in git anyways, and this is not an actual modern
legal risk anymore.
