engine: Add graph queryable trait
This is a trait that specifies that your resource can be queried by others. You can either enable it plainly to add wholesale access by everyone, or you can implement your own Allow method to limit what is permitted.

// GraphQueryableRes is the interface that must be implemented if you want your
